No. 5

Yuki Tsunoda, Monaco

Yuki Tsunoda, who typically opts for an oversized street-style look, sported a dark washed double denim outfit complete with a matching white tee in Monaco this year. He’s gone for double denim multiple times this year (like earlier on in the season in China), and he completely pulls it off! I’m glad we’re still seeing Yuki arrive at the track on media day in his own style, unlike his teammate Max Verstappen, who can’t seem to get rid of that team kit polo!

No. 4

Liam Lawson, Hungary

Moving on to Yuki’s ex-teammate, Liam Lawson, who has quickly emerged as one of the most improved drivers when it comes to fashion this year (shoutout to Hugo and Liam’s girlfriend, Hannah). When he arrived at the Hungaroring in August, he was dressed in a smart, pale blue jacket, a white tee, and cream trousers. Although somewhat casual, he rocked his VCARB colours in a classic and classy way! All I can say is I’m glad to see Hugo in the paddock as the apparel sponsor of the team. They’ve provided so many modern and fashionable outfit opportunities for their drivers.

No. 3

Ferrari, Monza

Charles Leclerc’s love for uniquely patterned jeans is well known, but his now infamous tie-dye pair mixed with the Monza special edition kit was a sight of brilliant colour coordination. We also can’t ignore Lewis Hamilton’s incredible (and dramatic) entrance on a motorbike adorned with the colours of the Italian flag. Like Charles, he wore the brand new team kit and jeans, but also paired it with a matte black helmet (safety first)! Ferrari’s home race may not have seen one of their own on the podium this weekend, but the tifosi must have been glad to see their iconic drivers arrive in style.

Side note: I love it when Ferrari commits to blue. Can we see more of that, please?

No. 2

Lando Norris, Monza

Whilst filming with eBay back in April, Lando Norris was gifted a jacket honouring MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi. The driver vowed he would wear it in Monza, one of the Grands Prix in The Doc’s home country of Italy. Well, come Thursday last week, he kept his promise and wore the unique baggy jacket to the media day at Monza! Finishing the look with his sleek silver McLaren logo chain, the British driver honoured his racing idol effortlessly yet effectively.

No. 1

Lewis Hamilton, UK

The entirety of this list could be dedicated to one man’s outfits alone, of course, Lewis Hamilton has to be the best dressed in the paddock! My favourite outfits of his this year have to be from the British Grand Prix back in July, where he turned up on media day donned in a Union Jack matching set and dripping in glistening jewels. Lewis has completely revolutionised the worlds of fashion and Formula 1 in his career, especially with his work at Mercedes with Tommy Hilfiger. It's so refreshing to see a continuation of his iconic style at Ferrari.

Honourable mention:

Yuki Tsunoda, Australia

How could I forget Yuki in a Bunnings hat?
